They'll always look to save you money while keeping or increasing your coverage levels. Accident or need to file a claim, they hand hold you through the process. No one better in the Rochester area.

A few months ago my basement flooded when the sump pump couldn’t keep up with all the rainfall. I called Mark on a Saturday afternoon and he immediately started the process of helping me to file a claim. He provided recommendations for both clean up and repair, all of which did a great job. Mark and the team followed up throughout the process. They were efficient and it felt like they truly cared. Highly recommend!!

Dealing with Mark at Rochester group has been the easiest insurance to work with period. They are very professional at what they do and actually care about their customers. Even in line at the DMV when I needed a insurance card sent to my email asap it was done within minutes. Mark has been able to find the best deals for my personal insurance and also for commercial auto insurance. I recommend Rochester group to all my family and friends.
